Terms and conditions

1. A 20% Nonrefundable deposit must be paid when date is reserved. Checks should be made payable to Partytrain Productions. The balance will be due on the date of the event PRIOR to the start of the event. 

2. Parties entering into this contract are permanently bound to fulfil the obligations by this agreement unless one or more of the following conditions apply: 

a. Both parties mutually agree to leave the agreement and its responsibilities.

b. The event described herein is completely canceled and proper notice is given.

3. Partytrain Productions shall not be held liable for any action arising from or in connection with any individuals not directly affiliated with Partytrain Productions. Furthermore, the party(s) contacting Partytrain Productions agrees to assume full responsibility for any and all damages caused by themselves or their guest involving any of Partytrain Productions property.

4. Any and all information or details must be communicated before the 5 days preceding the performance.

5. The parties purchasing the services of Partytrain Productions agree to allow Partytrain Productions to use pictures taken at this even for promotional purposes.

6. Partytrain Productions offers additional products (optional). All additional products will be provided at the time of event. Additional products are Nonrefundable under all circumstances including cancellations and must be paid in full with deposit. Partytrain Productions will send parties selected additional products via mail upon cancellation.
